A reference in the market with more than a decade of activity, Syst-MP Lda operates in the area of consultancy, marketing and implementation of pumping and water treatment systems for the most diverse uses, including solutions for swimming pools/SPA's in its portfolio.
Specialized in pumping systems, with specific skills in the area of Fire Safety, it holds registration No. 794 with the NATIONAL CIVIL PROTECTION ASSOCIATION – ANEPC, under Ordinance 773/2009, and Construction Permit No. 72195.
Its performance is guided by its total commitment and dedication to developing projects, as well as supporting their installation and maintenance.

PAULO HOMEM
Founder of Syst-MP
Paulo Homem founded Syst-MP on November 11, 2005, serving as managing partner for 19 years, thus relinquishing his position on November 11, 2024. Currently, he continues to contribute to the company's success as a full-time employee, assuming the role of responsible technical engineer.
Born in Coimbra on November 11, 1960, Paulo is a dedicated professional and passionate about life. Married, with 4 children and 3 grandchildren, he has lived in the Algarve since 1999. Among his main hobbies is his passion for classic Citroen 2 CVs.
His professional career is marked by a unique ability to create and maintain trusting relationships, sustained by his sincerity, high ethical values and exemplary professional rigor.
His dedication to his work is reflected in his commitment to excellence and his constant concern for the well-being of those around him.
ANA RIBEIRO
Managing Partner & Head of Finance and HR Department
Born in Setúbal in 1977, Ana Ribeiro is an excellent, dedicated and demanding professional, whose career is marked by rigor, responsibility and an enormous work capacity. Married and mother of 2 children, she moved to the Algarve in 2010, leaving behind her homeland, Sines, where she built much of her personal and professional career.
After eight years of dedication as an exemplary employee, she decided to take a more ambitious step and acquired the company, taking on the role of managing partner. Before that, she was already responsible for the Finance and Human Resources Department, a role she performed with great competence and rigor.
Driven by an incessant desire to learn and evolve, she decided to return to her studies and is currently almost at the end of her degree in Management, further strengthening her skills in the financial and people management areas.
With a sincere and good-humored spirit, she balances his professional demands with his relaxed and captivating personality.
Passionate about music and inseparable from her dog, she finds the perfect balance in her daily life between dedication, competence and passion for what she does..
JOÃO RIBEIRO
Partner & Construction and Logistics Manager
Born in what was then Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe, in 1975, João Ribeiro is a highly dedicated and experienced professional. Married with two children, he moved to the Algarve in 2010, where he continued his career at Cimpor, accumulating over 20 years of experience.
He recently decided to embrace a new challenge and joined this project, where he assumes the role of construction and logistics manager. Responsible, hard-working, and meticulous, João stands out for his organization, leadership skills, and commitment to quality and efficiency in every detail of his work.
In his free time, he values family time, enjoys hiking, watching football, and enjoying a good meal.
RUDI RIBEIRO
Partner & Technical Department
Born in Setúbal in August 2000, he is a final-year Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Algarve. With a strong desire to learn and evolve, he stands out for his dedication, critical thinking, and passion for technical challenges.
After demonstrating exceptional commitment and strong alignment with the company's values, he decided to take a step further and join as a partner, reinforcing his involvement in the business's growth and development.
His curiosity and analytical skills drive him to find innovative and efficient solutions, actively contributing to the technical team's success. In his free time, he plays sports and cherishes time with family and friends, maintaining a vital balance between his personal and professional life.
NEUZA RIBEIRO
Partner & Future Team Talent
Born in Lisbon in 2008, Neuza is the youngest member of the team and represents a new generation full of ideas and energy. From an early age, she demonstrated great curiosity, a desire to learn, and a dynamic spirit—characteristics that make her a promising future for the company.
With an enthusiastic attitude, she stands out for her adaptive creativity and attention to detail. Always motivated by challenges, she sees each opportunity as a means of evolution and development.
She is currently taking her first steps into the world of work, collaborating with the team during her summer vacation in July and August. This experience marks the beginning of her integration into the family business, of which she is now a partner, and where she is now beginning to gain practical experience and a sense of responsibility.

Nascido na Ucrânia em 1992, é um profissional dedicado e meticuloso, sempre em busca de aperfeiçoamento. Casado e pai de uma menina, chegou a Portugal em 2018 e rapidamente se integrou, demonstrando a sua capacidade de adaptação, resiliência e vontade de crescer.
Responsible, organized, and extremely committed to his work, he stands out for his rigor, attention to detail, and proactive spirit. His natural ability leads him to explore new solutions and approaches, making him a valuable asset to the team.
In his spare time, he is passionate about sports and finds gardening and his vegetable garden a relaxing escape, where he cultivates not only plants and vegetables, but also patience and dedication.
TÂNIA SANTOS
Administrative Department
Born in Faro in 1982, she has always lived in the Algarve, where she built her roots and developed a strong connection to the community. Married with one son, she is an organized, dedicated, and meticulous professional, playing an essential role in the smooth running of the administrative department.
With a strong sense of responsibility, she stands out for her efficiency, rigor, and proactivity. Extremely methodical and focused, she ensures that each task is carried out with precision and commitment, contributing to the company's organization and dynamism.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, reading a good book, and watching her favorite TV shows, balancing her professional life with moments of leisure and well-being.
RUBEN AFONSO

Born in Faro in 1993, he has always lived in the Algarve, where he built his career and deepened his technical knowledge. A highly qualified professional, he has 11 years of experience in electrical installations, refrigeration, and air conditioning.
He holds Level 4 certifications in Electrical Installations and Fluorinated Gas Handling, ensuring safe and efficient performance in every project. Recognized for his perfectionism, responsibility, and commitment to excellence, he stands out for his leadership skills and constant pursuit of innovation and improvement.
Daniel Roque

A 43-year-old native of the Algarve, Daniel stands out for his dedication to both his personal and professional life. His guiding principle is to always give his best, constantly striving to evolve and present his best self.
