A reference in the market with more than a decade of activity, Syst-MP Lda operates in the area of consultancy, marketing and implementation of pumping and water treatment systems for the most diverse uses, including solutions for swimming pools/SPA's in its portfolio.
Specialized in pumping systems, with specific skills in the area of Fire Safety, it holds registration No. 794 with the NATIONAL CIVIL PROTECTION ASSOCIATION – ANEPC, under Ordinance 773/2009, and Construction Permit No. 72195.
Its performance is guided by its total commitment and dedication to developing projects, as well as supporting their installation and maintenance.

PAULO HOMEM
Founder of Syst-MP
Paulo Homem founded Syst-MP on November 11, 2005, serving as Managing Partner for 19 years. On November 11, 2024, he stepped down from this role, while maintaining an active connection to the company as a consultant, continuing to contribute with his extensive experience and technical expertise.
Born in Coimbra on November 11, 1960, Paulo is a dedicated professional with a passion for life. Married, with four children and three grandchildren, he has been living in the Algarve since 1999. Among his main hobbies is a passion for classic Citroën 2CV cars.
His professional journey is marked by a unique ability to build and maintain trusted relationships, grounded in sincerity, strong ethical values, and exemplary professional rigor.
His dedication to work is reflected in his commitment to excellence and his constant concern for the well-being of those around him.
ANA RIBEIRO
Managing Director | Bachelor's Degree in Management | Head of Finance and Human Resources
Born in Setúbal in 1977, Ana Ribeiro is a dedicated and demanding professional whose career has been marked by rigor, responsibility, and an outstanding work ethic. Married and the mother of two children, she moved to the Algarve in 2010, leaving behind her hometown of Sines, where she built much of her personal and professional journey.
After eight years of dedication to the company, she took on a new challenge and acquired Syst-MP, assuming the role of Managing Director. Prior to that, she was already responsible for the Finance and Human Resources Department, a position she carried out with great competence and professionalism.
Demonstrating that learning has no age limit, she returned to education and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the University of Algarve, further strengthening the knowledge and skills she had already been applying daily in the company's financial, administrative, and human resources management.
Known for her sincerity and good sense of humour, she balances her professional standards with a warm and approachable personality.
Passionate about music and inseparable from her dog, she finds in her daily life the perfect balance between dedication, competence, and passion for what she does.
JOÃO RIBEIRO
Partner & Construction and Logistics Manager
Born in what was then Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe, in 1975, João Ribeiro is a highly dedicated and experienced professional. Married with two children, he moved to the Algarve in 2010, where he continued his career at Cimpor, accumulating over 20 years of experience.
He recently decided to embrace a new challenge and joined this project, where he assumes the role of construction and logistics manager. Responsible, hard-working, and meticulous, João stands out for his organization, leadership skills, and commitment to quality and efficiency in every detail of his work.
In his free time, he values family time, enjoys hiking, watching football, and enjoying a good meal.
RUDI RIBEIRO
Partner | Mechanical Engineer | Technical Manager, Estimating and Project Planning
Born in Setúbal in August 2000, Rudi Ribeiro holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Algarve. He stands out for his dedication, critical thinking, and strong analytical skills, constantly seeking efficient and innovative technical solutions.
After demonstrating exceptional commitment and a strong alignment with the company's values, he became a partner of Syst-MP, reinforcing his involvement in the growth and development of the business.
Currently, he serves as Technical Manager, leading the estimating and project planning activities of the company. His main responsibilities include the technical analysis of projects, equipment selection and specification, preparation of proposals and quotations, project planning, and technical support throughout the implementation of the solutions provided by the company.
His curiosity, analytical mindset, and results-oriented approach contribute daily to the quality and reliability of the services delivered by Syst-MP.
In his free time, he enjoys sports and values spending time with family and friends, maintaining a healthy balance between his personal and professional life.
NEUZA RIBEIRO
Partner & Future Team Talent
Bornin Lisbon in 2008, Neuza is the youngest member of the team and represents a new generation full of ideas and energy. From an early age, she has shown great curiosity, a strong willingness to learn, and a dynamic spirit—qualities that make her a promising talent for the future of the company.
With an enthusiastic attitude, she stands out for her creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail. Always motivated by challenges, she approaches every opportunity as a way to grow both personally and professionally.
She began her journey with the company during the summer holidays, in July and August, and since November has been collaborating on a regular part-time basis, balancing her professional activity with her academic studies.
This experience marks the beginning of her integration into the family business, of which she is already a partner, allowing her to gain practical experience and develop a growing sense of responsibility.
ANDRII SUKACH
Technical Department
Born in Ukraine in 1992, Andrii is a dedicated and meticulous professional, always striving for improvement. Married and the father of a daughter, he arrived in Portugal in 2018 and quickly integrated, demonstrating his adaptability, resilience, and strong desire to grow.
Responsible, organized, and extremely committed to his work, he stands out for his rigor, attention to detail, and proactive spirit. His natural ability leads him to explore new solutions and approaches, making him a valuable asset to the team.
In his spare time, he is passionate about sports and finds gardening and his vegetable garden a relaxing escape, where he cultivates not only plants and vegetables, but also patience and dedication.

A 43-year-old native of the Algarve, Daniel stands out for his dedication to both his personal and professional life. His guiding principle is to always give his best, constantly striving to evolve and present his best self.
He is passionate about reading, sports, and everything related to sustainability – an interest that aligns with our company's values and commitments.
