Syst-MP, Ana Ribeiro

Syst-MP carried out work at a fire pump station, focusing on suction improvements and equipment maintenance.

From the existing installation to the completed work

The 2½″ suction manifold was replaced with a 4″ manifold and two isolation valves. A 4″ flanged valve was installed at the fire water tank outlet. The work also included replacement of the level control float.

The team checked and adjusted the equipment, including the pressure switches, relief valves and expansion vessel pressure. The pump sets, shaft alignments and water supply from the tank were also checked.

The work included parameter settings and operational tests.
